A blockchain-based platform for farm produce traceability.

Traceability in agriculture is critical for ensuring food safety, building trust, and enhancing farmers’ market access. ProdTrace was created to solve this challenge by using blockchain technology to track farm produce from source to consumer. We developed a decentralized platform that records every step of the supply chain — from cultivation and harvest to distribution and retail. Both web and mobile apps allow farmers, aggregators, and consumers to interact with the system. The blockchain ledger ensures transparency, tamper-proof data, and accountability. The solution was paired with a user-friendly interface to ensure adoption among non-technical users.

ProdTrace has strengthened supply chain integrity, given farmers access to new markets, and reassured consumers about the authenticity and quality of their food.
